Generally speaking controller sticker skins are simply a vinyl sticker that sticks onto your DualSense controller. This allows you to add your own unique style and look to your controller without affecting functionality or requiring you to remove anything.

No, the terms sticker, skins and decals are often used interchangeably however within Fortify5 we like to keep things clear and simple, so sticker skins refers to vinyl adhesive stickers that are “stuck” onto the controller. Silicone skins we label as silicone covers which are a silicone based cover that wraps around the whole controller offering customisation as well as some added protection. Your very first question is probably, how do I apply the controller skin? Do not worry it is a fairly straightforward process; you simply peel the vinyl “sticker” from the backing sheet then carefully line it up with your controller and place them on it. We do advise warming the sticker skins with a hair drying and allowing time for them to set. You can see more detailed instructions on our product pages.

No, our sticker skins will not affect the controllers functionality or performance in any way. They sit very smoothly on the controller and will not have any impact on your gaming. Some brands like to claim that they enhance performance and grip, but they serve more purely as an aesthetic upgrade.

Yes, as said previously our sticker skins do not affect any functionality of the controller this includes charging. Again this question largely arises due to the confusion between sticker skins and silicone covers.

All of our controller sticker skins are made from the highest quality vinyl. They are printed and cut with high gloss styling and maintain their visual appearance for many years, they also offer minor protection for your controller from slight scratches and bumps.

Sadly we do not currently provide custom skins at the moment. We know may people like to add their own pictures to have them printed onto the vinyl “sticker” to add to their controller, however it's not something we currently offer. Yes to an extent, the sticker skins are interchangeable, simply peel off the old one and follow the same method as you did originally to apply the new one. However if you are looking to keep used stickers to re apply in the future, you will need to ensure you have a backing sheet to place them on and somewhere to store them.

Yes, all of our accessories on Fortify5 are compatible with our sticker skins. As they seal so tightly to the controller there is only a very slight difference between how your controller is after vs how it was before.
